Duo Handle Speckled White Vase

All pieces are handmade individually thrown and trimmed on a pottery wheel. They are glazed with dipping method in our custom studio glaze and fired to 1240 degree Celsius. All pieces use high fire stonewares and are safe to be used for eating, drinking and placed inside a cooking oven. Please hand-wash your handmade pottery but on some occasions you may also use dishwasher. The use of microwave is not advisable.

Zirconium White:

Zirconium White is one of our oldest glaze and most stable. It is basic but very reliable; the recipe of this glaze is suitable for those who just begin to explore glaze making. When applied thick it can give an opaque full coverage and can result a very interesting effect of layered with another glaze underneath. The speckled effect comes from the clay itself as it surfaces through the glaze. Size and pattern of the speckles vary with each piece.
